Hey, I'm looking to install a brand new BDL EVB-2Sl (enclosed 1 5/8 primary) and am looking for anyone who has installed one to give me his/her rendition of the pro's n con's. I have a 98 Fatboy stock bore but built to 97 lbs torque and 86 hp on the dyno. Will this be too much for the BDL primary and how log will the pulley's actually last. I have experience with a Rivera Primo Brute III extreme and the pulley's worn so much that the belt flex's an 1 1/4 causing serious vibration throughout the entire bike. I bought them used and well some one got the best of me so I don't want to go there again. Also if anyone has went to a 1" rear belt (BDL) what was the largest tire you could use? I"m thinking a 150 will fit.. Any other affordable drive recommendations would be appreciated as well. Thanx
