Default clutch slipping

After doing some parking lot practice with some friends, my transmission will no longer engage properly. When I let out the clutch fully, the bike barely moves. I think I need to replace the clutch pack. I have a 2014 Ultra Limited with a hydraulic clutch. Has anyone else had this problem? Anything else to try?

Thanks, Dean

Dean, welcome to HDF from the UK. Don't guess what needs to be done, if you have a warranty visit your dealer and get them to sort it out. And don't tell them you think it needs expensive work, as they may make that happen!
