Default Transmission vent

I have 2005 FLHRI does the trans vent fitting have a check valve in it? I can't blow air back thru it, if not is it serviced separate from the trans cover?

No check valve, pull the hose off and you can unscrew the vent. It may require some channel locks. If you have the cover off blow compressed air through it and see if you can dislodge the obstruction.
