Default Help please, no power in Softail Delux 2014, CVO

Authorised service (HD1) did huge misstake. Next day I saw oil under my bike and bike was transported to another authorised service (HD2).

I got following from Harry, who helps me, after he talked to HD1:

”The compartment from where the oil leaked was the primary drive case.
That means that when the oil leaked away the chain would run dry . In your situation the only damaged part would be the chain which must definitely be replaced. If the chain has stretched whilst it was running dry then the sprockets need to be replaced also. A visual inspection of the sprockets will indicate if there is any wear on the sprockets.
The loss of power is a mystery unless the primary chain is very very damaged.”

"Power mystery" is for HD1, HD2 and Harry.

Any suggestion are welcome what should be checked/exchange to get power back in the CVO. CVO will be back in HD1 for service on Friday, Aug. 8th.
