Well now 10 days after they(Motorcycle Tunes)have received the package back,and I received sign for confirmation.
No refund, no communication,and no response to my Email........And by the way, I have been dealing with this company for two months now,and it has been a hassel every inch of the way.Also looks like I will get burned for $279.00.
I hope this saves you guys the money and the hassel.

 

i purchased these speakers for over $300 from motorcycletunes.com and i received two shipments both with defective parts. one dead amp, the speakers buzzed, and their customer service tried to blame me. i asked for refund then they ignored me, twice, so i disputed the charge on my credit card and returned them so the card company gave me my money back.

stay away from motorcycle tunes. they take your money and send you junk, and then just hope you go away. avoid at all costs, there are better speaker systems available for less money.
