Anyone familiar with this Gen X-2 Warm Tek Heated Gear? It has the same two-prong pigtail connections that the dealer installed for my battery charger, not the single male/female connectors that Gerbing or HD heated wear has.

I like the idea of Gerbing gear, but I don't want to have two pigtails hanging off the battery (can I even do that, or will that kill my battery in some manner)? This Warm Tek is also available at Dennis Kirk and other places, so I'm just curious if anyone has any experience with it.
