59 days, 11,353 miles, 32 States - Road Trip Complete!

Some of the frames are great and great eye lining up your shots on those pics. Often see pics where the background kinda kills the intent. Rushmore through the tunnel is one we were in search of. A gentleman at the tourist center told us about it, but we got lost trying to find it. The road we ended up on was excellent, tho.... up over some great areas so we had a wonderful trip anyway.
Loved the shadow of one monument on the other in Utah, also.
and just jest on the envious part. Planning a trip like that and the work that went into it sounds like sure payed off.... credits to you guys.

Awesome
Now that is just Awesome! I would so love to take a trip something like that. I have started reading your blog (had to check out the part where you went through Oklahoma first). Look forward to reading all of it and checking out all your pics. Normally when I've taken vacations in the past, 4 or 5 days in and I'm ready to be home. This past May we rode to Florida and back. 9 days and 2100 miles and I wasn't even wanting to head home yet. I don't know if I will ever take a 59 day trip, but I look forward to some longer trips in the future. Thank you for showing us that it can be done.
