I am through that area almost every day, the town is pretty much shut down until springtime. When / if you make it that way make sure and hit the Coronado Trail / Devil's Highway (Az191).

Just FYI Pie Town is back to life for the spring. All 3 of the restaurants are going full steam. The roads are cleared of all snow, keep an eye out for the elk and the state troopers, both have been out pretty thick lately.
