Maybe some day you will come back to your just cleaned room, and discover that housekeeping left no towels...

Good question. Here is what I would do. First, figure out where you might be on a day that you want the bike washed. Call the local dealer and ask if they wash/detail bikes of riders coming through their city. And if they do, make an appointment.
My local dealer, Dudley Perkins HD of South San Francisco washes every bike that gets serviced. I think I once saw a sign of the prices they charge for the washing if not accompanied by a servicing. Now don't quote me on this but I think the prices ranged from about $50 for a simple washing to $300 for getting the bike detailed.
Now I know one fellow here in San Francisco who will come to your house with his car. In the trunk he has everything he needs to detail your car, even if a hose isn't available. Years ago he charged $25 an hour and you told him how many hours you wanted him to work on your car. He had a 4 hour minimum for cars. This guy was real sharp at cleaning a car. Now, I would imagine if you happened to be in San Francisco and called him and told him you wanted him to come to the motel where you were staying and work on your bike, he would probably do it and do a good job. I telling you this because there are probably other guys out there who do similar services in other cities if you look.
