Which would you choose?

From Northeast Missouri in the same time you can get to Waco or Mobile you could be in the Smokies or west to Black Hills (that might be a bit farther). If I was looking for great riding I would choose one of those. If your looking for something else then between the two (Waco or Mobile) I would choose Mobile area for reasons mentioned above but the riding will be meh.

I don't think it was the assuming that got me in trouble, because I still think the OP had a reason for asking about those two choices. Nevertheless, assuming once again, if you are suggesting that I made an *** of myself, you are absolutely correct.

Thank You for all the responses! We are very seasoned riders having been to the more popular choices that we can accomplish in 9 days!
Just a couple thoughts we had and trying to gauge what might be a good choice! We like to ride every day possible but not 500 or 600 miles a day! Generally in the 300 range on 2 lane roads @ 60 MPH! Just what we prefer!
Again...Thank You for all the responses and keep them coming...maybe something will hit that I hadn't considered!

Mobile area is great. I used to live in Theodore just out side of Mobile. You can ride to Dolphin island and take the ferry over to Florida. Mobile bay is cool you have the USS Alabama to tour through. Lots of cool little towns follow the bay area. You are only an hour from the Casino's if your into that.
It just depends on why you would pick the area to visit. The roads are not as scenic as the Blue Ridge Parkway but the destination is a cool place to be.
Bellingrath Gardens
Mobile Bay Bridge
Dolphin Island Bridge
Government Street Mobile

The traffic down on the Gulf Coast is kind of yucky, but I've done several rides along the coast from Mobile down the Florida panhandle. I really like the Apalachacola area, and the Pensacola Naval Air Museum is super cool. If you go towards Mobile try to catch some of the Natchez Trace too.
I saw a thumbs up on Memphis somewhere above. Actually, if the state of Tennessee was to get an enema they'd stick it in Memphis.
