Let me know how much time you'll have what's important for you see and I'll tell you about possible routes. I presume you are having the bike shipped to Dudley Perkins HD of South San Francisco. They are actually quite close to the airport, just a mile or so north of the airport. They are good people. I've been doing business with them since 1992.
Yes, I am shipping to and picking up from Dudley Perkins. San Francisco will be a quick hit, then I'll start to head towards Nevada. I actually packed my atlas that has the route all mapped out, but I believe (after going over the Golden Gate Bridge) I'm taking Rt 101 to Rt 37 To Rt 80(Sacramento) and continue west. Something like that anyway...
Sorry for the slow response(crazy, busy week). It's called the Saddlemen BR4100 back seat bag. Holds a ton, fits the contour of the back seat/tourpack.
No worries. I thought it was that bag. I have the same one. Yours looks like it sits back in your seat a lot further/better than mine.
I have the bag packed for a four day trip and its only half full! This things great. It's good to know I'll have plenty of room for the 9 days I will be gone for Sturgis.
