Any one ride the Islands? worth the trip? thinking about taking the ferry from Anacortes to Orcas Island or San Juan and spending a week. Not sure if the riding there would be worth it. appreciate some feedback.

 

A week would be a long time on those two islands, great trip though. where are you coming from? I live on Whidbey Island and if you have a passport taking that ferry to Sidney, BC then ride down to Victoria, BC, enjoy a night in Victoria and then ride up to Campbell River for a nice day ride. Many great places to see along that route. Victoria has a cool wax museum, harbor area at night is fun and then Butchard Gardens.

My wife and I went through the islands a few years ago in a rent car, really enjoyed it, but not something we could do for a week. Might be worth it to get some passports and do the Victoria and Vancouver Island thing, that was very nice.

 

You can get the enhanced drivers license and use it the same day.
