Never been there before so we're spending three nights in a smaller town called Grand Rivers at Place named Patti's 1800 Settlement.
They also a restaurant a few miles away that sounds interesting.

There's a recommended 49 mile "biker" ride that's located between Barkley and Kentucky lakes that's supposed to be a nice ride.

We've done three of the Bourbon distilleries and they're nice but how much can another be much different than the previous three that we've already visited?

Travel safely!
Patti's is excellent. Famous for their 2 inch Pork Chop. Go hungry.

Four Rivers Harley Davidson is at Paducah (Exit 11 on I-24). Great dealership if you'd happen to need anything.
Four Rivers is a pretty good size dealership. Bought my bike there. Bout 1.25 hours from me but best deal for me. Nice people and can even do service on Sun.

I've bought a couple of bikes there. Top notch people all the way around.

Did Markers & Wild Turkey last year. Makers was great and you can buy a souvenir bottle of Makers Clear that's only sold at the distillery.

Turkey wasn't as good of a tour. I did meet Jimmy Russell there & he signed my bottle. He's the worlds oldest working master distiller.

I also recommend the tours at Woodford and buffalo trace. We do the bourbon trail every year and always a good time.

As for WV, midland trail through hawks nest is good. There's a lot of great roads depending on what part of the state you will be going through.

We took 2 days to do the complete bourbon tour. Maker's Mark is #1 on my list. Give me a bottle of Maker's and a pork chop from Patties you can then roll me to the back of the parking lot for the rest of the day

Unless you're just on a strict timeline, I'd run Hwy62 instead of those parkways. You'll get a lot better feel for the state. And, the WK Parkway can be a rough SOB in spots.
