Default Western Colorado

A few pics from riding on Grand Mesa today. Lots of snow above 10,000 feet and most of the lakes are still frozen. Returning over Grand Mesa late this afternoon brought some serious snow squalls and temps at 30 degrees.

That looks cold. Sounds like the snow may not leave the high country for long this year.

Yeah, it was 35 degrees going over. Had a late lunch in Mesa and returning back over brought a near blizzard and 28 degrees. That was interesting. Lots of snow (measured in feet) still on top of the Mesa, but the road is in okay shape.

Wow Yes quite a bit of snow. Little cool up top yet. Might be late June before it warms up there

Understand we got caught first week of May in crosswinds and snow around the four cornors and 24 degrees up on Angle Fire

??? we are leaving in a little over a week for Durango.
