I got back stateside from working on the ship on May 25th. Now I am scheduled for 120 days off which means I don't go back to work until September 25th. So basically I have all summer off. I'm going to try to get in as a much riding as possible. I already did a few rides with the OL. Today I did a "three pass" ride with a couple of riding buddies. I figure I'll post up some pics here in this thread throughout the summer from rides I have taken. Every photo will have been taken while out riding.

Climate is global. The shift in the jet stream that is producing all the flooding in the east is also resulting in great riding weather in the Sierra for at least the next ten days. Remember, we want more pictures.

We were back up in the high country yesterday, field testing our new Big Agnes Whetstone Shelter. It's like an open air tent to provide shelter from the sun and wind. The open side can be closed up also to provide a four sided enclosure. It will be used in combination with my traditional dome tent when camping this summer and when we ride to North Dakota to see our son.
