What's everyone's favorite memory from you 1st Sturgis?

Mine would have to be seeing Mt. Rushmore and riding The Needles.

after pushing my sporty from I-90 to almost main street during the 50th and looking west down an alley I saw a budweiser sign and headed to it---turned out to be the Dungeon bar. had a dirt floor--favorite watering hole--good memories thru the years

I remember coming back through southern Utah, which is my favorite place to ride in terms of beauty. The temp was 106 and I had a hot time.

Mine was the entire experience...after watching all the TV shows on Discovery channel and FTS for years I was afraid it wouldn't live up to my expectations. It was above and beyond.

Countless scenic rides within a 100 mile radius.
Iron mtn. Rd, nemo Rd. The hike to the Devils bath tub....
Will always remember the outdoor patio at the bar at the beginning of spearfish canyon (now for sale) having a $2 beer and margarita and watching some yutz ride by on his sport bike riding on the handlebars with his hands behind him on the grips.
Interesting sight but what an idiot!
One of our favorite destinations during the rally or not,

neen going 30 years. Haven’t seen everything yet. Just go. Stay loose and choose your fun day by day. Two things for sure. You won’t see everything in one trip and you will never miss having fun.
