Thankfully it is in name only. But, even the history of the bar is funny. Formerly oned by Norman Dicks. Currently by Bruce Fountain. Finally, the bar website history section lets you click to answer "what's that tall thing in Gay?"

I live in Dubuque IA, not big deal just a French name...just head out of town one way to get to Balltown and out of town the other way to get to Dickeyville.
