Is anyone going out for the Perry Lake Rally in Kansas, 2013? I have been thinking about going. Any comments on past years? Is it worth going? any advise? Thank you.

 

tagged for interest. I live about 100 Mike's from there and occasionally ride my quads their.

what are the details?

 

The rally is labor day weekend. Aug 30 to Sept 2. From what I hear, it is a great time. It is self policed so there are no cops. I think you pay for the weekend as you ride though the gates and the rest is a good time. I'm thinking I was going to try it this year. I also live fairly close so if it does not interest me I was thinking I can always come fairly easy.

 

Here is a copy and paste from a brother that goes every year. "Yeah several times. Its ****un nuts. Lots of **** and nakedness. Booze and stuff. Awesome time"

 

Coworker says his uncle goes there every year and loves it. My father in law does also. I may try to talk my wife into going if I get my bike going by then. Its only 1 hr 30 min away.

 

I went last year and had A BLAST!

Wow, I've been wondering if they still did this. I went twice, but the last time was probably in 87.

I really enjoyed it. They had tractors pulling hay wagons around the park. You could just jump on and they would take you to your camp or to the party area.

 

Ultra, we are da*n near neighbors. The wife and I grew up/lived over there, and worked there and I almost ALWAYS ride through there.

If you ever want to ride with a complete stranger, look me up.

 

Glad to hear it's still on. I went 20 years ago, and you hit it right on: an awesome time. Lots of T & A around, and never saw so many Panheads in one place.

I've just returned to the states after a 15 year absence (a statute of limitiations thingLOL, just kidding), and always wanted to return to Perry Lake. They throw a great party.

But, isn't the HD 110th the same weekend?
