Curtiss Museum Great Stop if you are in the NY Finger Lakes Region
If you are ever in the Finger Lake region of NY State make sure you head to Keuka Lake and stop at the Glenn Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport.
I am embarrassed to say I have lived 1 hour from this place for almost 40 years and never really knew what it was. Diamonds in my own backyard. Took a ride there today and for the admission price of $8.75 it was well worth it. It's a trove of history with an amazing collection of vintage bikes, aviation history, cars, and many other items. Once you're done there ride up around the Lake starting on the West side up and over and down the East Side. It's a gorgeous ride. Here are some pics from the Museum to give you an idea.
