Let's make sure we add the "Notches of New Hampshire" Rt 3 Franconia Notch to Rt 302 Crawford Notch to Rt 16 Pinkham Notch (and Mt Washington) and up to Rt 27 Dixville Notch and back to Rt 3. About a 200 mile loop if starting from Woodstock.
Let's give VT some -- how about Rt. 9 from Brattleboro to Rt 100 N with a hop over Smugglers Notch and 15 back to 100C to 100 until it ends. About 250 miles of a mix of everything.

I can see the first ridge of Skyline Drive from my front porch. But everybody knows that one. Here is one of the best kept secrets in NE Tennessee.
Rt. 63
Running along the south side of Cumberland Gap. This is a 200 year old farm road with open vistas so beautiful it will make your eyes hurt. And considering some of the roads in east TN. that's going some. Try it, you can thank me later. Oh, lot's of twisties too.

The "Enchanted Circle" in New Mexico is a nice ride. Taos-Eagles Nest-Red River-Questa-Taos. Lots of nice rides in northern New Mexico. I did ride the Apache Trail in September a couple of years ago. I wouldn't recommend that anyone take a bagger on that road. I did and the road is wash boarded, dusty and hot. We did eat in Tortilla Flats which was interesting, but the 22 miles of dirt road is a challenge.
