My wife and I stay alot at Country Inn and Suites in The Legends which is near the race track. They have many good places to eat shop and entertainment very close. The hotel also offers a shuttle. Kansas City in general is a pretty bike friendly area, we live close and ride to that area many many times a year. It may help for other recommendations if you have a better idea of what you are wanting to do or things you are wanting to see while there.
Thanks for the info. We staying in the area for one night on our trip to Sturgis..... just looking for a place that's safe to park our bikes overnight.
The intercontinental or sheraton or Hampton inn at the country club plaza are great spots. Underground parking pool and great places to eat in the area. It's the top spot in kc
Harley manufactures the v rod in KC.You might want to check out there are which is right up hiway 29 near the airport north of town. There are many nice places to stay not in downtown. Agreed the plaza is awesome but expensive for sure...
