This was 2 days ago. Love this tent. Very waterproof and room as a 3 man.

Check out Kelty Tents. I have the gunnison 3.2 backpaking tent. It goes up in under 10 mins. They also have great custormer service. Also look at the Kelty NOAH tarp it is a great tarp to bring along for extra shelter.

For my first time out bike-camping I'm going to go with the Coleman 3-man Sundome. Yea, it's cheap but most reviews are favorable.

Kelty Noah Tarp is the next on my must have list. I just bought an REI Passage 2 tent last weekend. The Noah Tarp looks nice to set out of some inclement weather while camping and to keep the sun off.

I use a rei quarter dome 2 plus. Plenty of room for my 6'5" self and fits in saddlebags. Got it from there outlet a few weeks ago and they had 35% off outlet price. Paid $160 for a $320 list tent. Worth every penny of $160. Great tent.

I have been using a Eureka 4-man Timberline Outfitter for the last 15+ years.

I use this same tent 8-10 times a year. Easy set up/take down I can get it in a saddlebag with poles, stakes and a footrpint trap. I seal it 2 times a year along seams and outside panels. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another.

Thanks knuckles. I was hoping to up it to the 4-man Coleman Sundome but I don't think it would fit in a saddlebag. Glad you confirmed the 3-man will. Is it good as is or have you upgraded it with better stakes?

The Coleman 3 packs 24" X 7", the Coleman 4 packs 25" X 7". Really like this to fit in the saddlebag but at 25" long I don't think it will fit.
