the sunsets)..

Giacomo56 you ever stay or hear of the Apache Hotel in Moab? John Wayne stayed there for a few months out of the year. Don't know if he stayed there in between movies or just to relax. It seemed like he really loved Utah!
There was no traffic at all anywhere on our trip, except riding through Las Vegas on the I-15 of course

It was in the 90s most of the trip except for higher elevations. It was kind of cold at 10,000 ft.

Thanks for sharing. Nice trip. My wife and I did part of this in June this year. Trip of a lifetime. Grand Staircase-Escalante from Bryce... we loved that part of the ride!

Fantastic. I did that route about 12 years ago and loved it. My wife and I are leaving a week from tomorrow to do it again. Is the lake powell ferryboat running again or still out of service?

EDIT: Never mind. I just found a phone number on the Utah DOT site and found out that the ferryboat reopened for service 4 days ago.

Wow, nice trip!! Wife and I did the top end of the same loop in our car two years ago first week of October...fabulous country, weather was nice and cool and there was nobody on the roads then.
