Leaving for Dragon Tail sept 17. Any good and clean Motels or cabins any of you guys can recommend in that area. Thank you

 

http://ironhorsenc.com/ Stayed at the Ironhorse last trip to the Dragon. Had a good time.

 

I can't remember the name if the motel, but it was pretty much right on the "Tail" but if you do stay at that place, watch as it is basically right on the side of the mountain and when you stop in front of your cabin the bike may fall over (don't ask how I know) it is very steep so park with the front uphill.

 

Two wheel inn in Robbinsville... Each room has a shelter for your bike....Microtel in Robbinsville is reasonable n clean. Iron horse , kickstand lodge has cabins. Deals gap has rooms at the store.

 

I stayed in a cabin at Simple life for 27bux right on 129

 

X2...stayed at Iron Horse a couple weeks ago. Nice place to stay.

 

I stayed at the Simple Life campground while there about a month ago too. Right outside of Robbinsville. Camp or cabins. Shelters for bikes on site.

 

In July, we stayed at the Two Wheel Inn. Great place. Each room has a garage for your bike. Only about 12 miles from the Deals Gap

Thank you guys for all the info. I made reservations with Microtel. 4 nights for $280. Can't beat that. Lets the fun begin.
