Default 2:1 touring pipe

Rush Racing, do you have an ETA on getting the 2:1 black pipe for a 2014 touring bike will be in stock? I believe the part number is 8150.

I just saw this post and wanted to apologize for the delayed reply. These recently became available and all orders have shipped.

Yep, I got mine. Installed it already. My bike now sounds seriously pissed off.

Is this just for the 2014? I would like my bike to sound pissed-off! At least for a little while. What 2:1 are we talking about?

I take it this sounds pretty good, even with the 2.00 or 2.25 inch baffle?

How much of a difference can I expect between the two baffles? Could I go with the 2.50 inch baffle, or would that cause me a loss in power?

I just did a 98" big bore kit, 10:1 compression, no headwork, 510 cam, carbureted.

Thanks!

I recommend the 2.50". It sounds great and overall performance is through the roof. The 2.25" is a few db less in volume but most people want the 2.50". I would usually only recommend the 2.25" for an 88" engine.

Can you please confirm the part number for a 2001 RK ? I believe it is 8051-250, chrome, with the 2.50" baffle.
This will have bungs for an 07 or 08, I presume. Will plugs be included?

8051-250 is correct. It has both o2 bungs and plugs are included. I noticed your location is Orange County...our exhaust products are not for sale or use in California.

I hope the EPA is not reading these posts... but that's not going to stop me!
