Default Baffle bolt coming loose with Rush slip ons

Anybody have any issues with the baffle retaining bolt coming loose with Rush slip ons?
Also how can you get to the baffle retaining bolt on the top muffler with shot gun mufflers on a Fatboy? The bottom muffler is in the way to be able to get a torx driver on the top muffler baffle retaining bolt.

We put some loctite on the bolts when assembled and it should be included with replacement baffle kits. Some mufflers will require removing to change the baffles. If you haven't changed the baffles, something like this would be covered under the warranty.
