Wow, I just read this and cant believe it. I have rush 3 " and had no popping until I did 555 cams. I love the popping. So its the tune. First few dyno runs it didn't pop but they kept on tuning and got more Hp but the popping came in. The tuner said what tune do u want and I said the more HP tune. Rush shouldn't have to help u. Your tuner company is at fault to give u the right tune.
My son just put the 4 Louies"and head pipes on his new 103 street Glide with no popping. We love our Rush pipes. I know this post is old but couldn't believe it when I read it.

We have not verified fitment with a lift kit. To the best of my knowledge it's an axle lift so it should fit. Our products are considered stock replacement so if the lift kit doesn't interfere with the stock exhaust it should work.

Hey Ryan,

On my stock 2009 Road King, I'm running the 3.5" slips with the 2.25 baffles. What would swapping out for 2.50 do for me & how hard is the swap out & cost? I get a lot of compliments which has sold more of your pipes too! I could stand a little more sound.

Thanks.

Hi Keith, thanks for choosing Rush! The swap is very easy. It will increase the sound about one noticeable step or a few db's. Here is a link to instructions http://www.rushracingproducts.com/hd...structions.pdf
Part number: 322515 (sold as a set)
Description: 2.50" Performance Baffle and Mat Kit
MSRP: $78.70

Ryan
Had Rush 1.75" slip ons on my Heritage and loved them.
I have a stock 2015 RGS and want to do the Sb2's or Big Louie's
Are the 2.50 baffles what you suggest.
Thanks
Lefty

Default 2.50 Baffle with Power Commander Auto-Tune

Will the 2.50 work with the Rush True Duals and Power Commander Auto-Tune with PCV? I thought the Auto-Tune with their O2 sensors would adjust Air/Fuel ratio

When using our 2.50" baffle on a stock 2012 you should not experience any discoloring. Please email me some pictures and after reviewing them I'll see what I can do. I'll PM my email.

The 2.50" baffle is recommended for use only with stock pipes. You should change the baffle size to 2.00" (part number 322012) and the bike will have a proper amount of back pressure to allow the fuel management system and O2 sensors to work properly. It is almost impossible to tune the 2.50" baffles with any type of open head pipes.

We have a tech support crew on the phones 8-5 mon-fri to assist with any tech questions.

Update: When using the 2.50" with stock head pipes no tuning is required. They can be used with true duals but only when dyno tuned. This is only recommended when used with a fuel management system and dyno tuning. It is almost impossible to tune when using downloaded maps or custom canned maps. I should have been more specific in my initial reply which was directed at the OP and the method being used to tune his bike.
