what size baffle should I be running for the best power output?

Now for the second part of the question. I am doig a 95 in kit in the near future with se-203 cams or andrews 26h cams. Would I need to use the same baffle or a different one?

I usually recommend the 2.00" for completely stock 88ci bikes. With your current setup the 2.25" should produce the best performance. After the 95" kit and cams the 2.50" will perform best. The volume will increase with the baffle size.
Changing isn't required but is a nice option to adjust the volume/tone and tweak the performance to match the bikes options.
