I've had Big Louie's on my bike for about 500 miles. I saw the other post about rust so I took mine off to take a look and I'm glad I did. Here's some pics:





So what now? After 500 miles with no wet weather riding I didn't expect rust.

 

They seem to be in ok shape, hard to tell from these pictures. They look like water spots that can be wiped off with a damp rag. Can you please describe the issue with more detail? How does the rest of the finish on the muffler appear?

Sorry for not updating the thread. I spoke with Adam and sent him some better pictures. The mufflers will be replaced under warranty. Thanks.
