Default Rush Question

I have the true duals with 3.5" slip on's with 2" baffle. I see there have been a few people that have wrapped and replaced there baffles. I started to have a rattle on my right side and have over 20,000 miles on them, would I need to replace the baffle. Is this common on the slip on's, would I need to do this all the time. I like my Rush true duals and just wanted to know if this is something I have to do more often. This is my second bike with Rush, the first was stock with slip on's and never had to replace or wrap the baffles. Any ideas.

The baffle wrap should last at least 10,000 miles. We offer replacement fiberglass matting for all Rush slipon mufflers and only charge shipping. Please give our office a call to setup payment for shipping if you are interested.

Have had my 3 1/2" slipons with Vance and Hines headers for over 20.000 miles. the wrap started to deteriorate after around 10.000 miles. Pulled the baffles out and removed the wrap. For ***** and giggles put the baffles back in un wrapped. Bike sounds even better. It's got a real unique wrap to it when I get in the throttle and when the bike fires up. Lots of compliments from my friends on the sound, an no noticeable loss of power.

Default Big Louie

Just installed Big Louie's with the 2.5 baffles on my 2012 RKC. WOW! What a difference in sound. Nice deep tones. Love them.
