Default Touring Eco Friendly headpipe

I am currently riding a 2012 Limited with a stage 1. I have a stock headpipe with Big Louies and 2.5" baffles. I am looking at purchasing the Touring Eco Friendly headpipe to get rid of the cat and some heat issues. If I put on this new headpipe should I also go with the 2.0" or 2.25" baffles?
I'm told the 2.5" baffles are for headpipes with a cat only.

You can use the 2.50" baffles but it will be loud and difficult to tune. You will get the best performance and tuning with the 2.00" or 2.25" baffles. We recommend the 2.00" or 2.25" with our REC17 and standard true dual 7017 head pipes. Thanks for choosing Rush!
