It all started when I purchased a 2014 Road King and decided to have the selling dealership install a set of 7017 True Duals. The dealership installed a set they had in Stock & found out later they were manufactured in 2010 & didn't fit the 2014 right and developed a hole rubbing on the backside at the master cylinder . So I took it back to the dealer and contacted Rush and they sent out the correct headpipe .Got it home and upon close inspection discovered the dealer had beat the headpipe with a hammer (don't know why) to make it clear the master cylinder. Immediately called dealer and was told headpipe barely fit , they would buy me a new headpipe but not a Rush...it simply wouldn't fit (BULLSHIT) .So I contacted Rush told them what was going ,they were as confused as I was .I asked if I could purchase ANOTHER headpipe to try myself. They said they would send me one FREE even though the dealer beat the replacement headpipe with a hammer.Received new 3rd headpipe a couple days later identical to the 2nd one ,an hour later I have it installed ...PERFECT FIT

That is exactly how you keep loyal customers and gain new ones, outstanding customer service. I have had nothing but great experiences with Rush products and service. I have purchased Rush products for all three of my bikes. When I bought my Big Louie's and unwrapped them I couldn't believe how good the quality was.
