You're close but not exactly correct.

110 engine cases have been modified from the factory to accommodate (and use) a longer stroke crank.

The SE113 engine kit uses a 4.060 cylinder with a significantly thicker sleeve than the stock cylinder which is designed to be used with the 96/103 short stroke crank.

The mods done to 110 cases to accommodate the longer stroke crank prohibit them from being used with the thicker sleeve 4.060 cylinders used in the SE113" kit.

FWIW, a competent engine shop might be able to modify 110 cases to accept SE113 cylinders because these are the same jugs used on 120Rs which uses a longer stroke than 113's. (This is why SE113s are so much faster revving than 120Rs.)

To answer the OP's question... 110's are 4.00 113's are 4.060 and I think service spec on any stock HD cyl. is twice over which is .040.

Of course this is all just what I've been told.

that is what I was looking for 110 cases are differant some how than 103 and 113 cyl are not compatable. The 40 thou thing is way under with some oem. 88 cyl are going to .125 overbore which is 95" and 97 " is being done. I have 110 cvo and 4.06 new cyls bought originally for my fxd but the thing runs too good to take it apart. I was thinking of using them on my 110 but the SE catalog says no go. Better save for a DD7 instead anyway. Keeping this bike forever.
