I went with the W.O. 577's on my '13 CVO Ultra
They are a bit above the top of the fairing but I run hand wind deflectors (most of the time) but with the heated grips and heated gloves that isn't really an issue but I like the rise, reach and width of these bars.

The 578's are a bit lower if this would be a major concern.
