Finally i put Pro-Action shocks on my Road King
I' m tired of the HD Premium 12"shocks, they are way too harsh, stiff, i don't like them at all, i also try Progressive Suspension 440, 13" shock i have from a previous bike, can't set them right for all conditions, when i have the small bumps dialed they bottom on the larger stuff...
I read many post about Ohlins, Super Shocks, Fox, Progressive and i see the add from Pro Action shocks, www.pro-action.com i read their history, the guy George Quaid know his stuff, i E Mail him, telling my weight my passenger weight and he ship me a set dialed for me,i put them on my bike and go for a ride on one of our worst road.... At first i find them too stiff, the rear of the bike was hopping...probably ok for 2 up but i was riding solo...i back off the freebleed a few clicks , and the ride was transformed for the best, it's like riding on clouds, can't be more happy , i really like them
I buy the 13" shocks they have 3.5" of stroke
