Default OK, I give up....

Was poking around my new to me 08 Dyna CVO. How does the Battery cover and fuse cover come off. I found the screw on the battery cover, but it still seemed not wanting to come off. Do I have to take the seat off? And on the other side, do the allens come all the way out to remove, or are they a half turn kind of deal?

The left side should just pull straight out. It's held in place by a couple of bayonets pushed into two rubber receptacles. The battery cover has the screw then a couple of tabs positioned in a couple of slots on the top of the cover.
