I have a 2011 Road Glide that I took off the cable clutch and installed a hydraulic clutch using the 2011 CVO hydraulic clutch parts. Went to Harley looked up the part numbers and installed them. The problem is, the clutch works perfect for about 30 or so miles but then as you engage the clutch it starts engaging further and further away from the bars until it eventually begins to slip. I then pull over bleed the clutch once or twice and it goes back to working as it should. I don't see any air when I bleed the clutch but clearly something is happening to fix the problem. anyone out there that can help?
One of our riding buddies has a 2015 Street Glide Special and there was a recall on his bike for the clutch master cylinder. I believe the 2014's were part of the recall as well.
