Moved here a year ago, not familiar with the dealer skill sets in this state. My last dealer in (Petersons of Miami) was top notch compared to any other dealer I used. I been spoiled and now looking for a top notch dealer here, one that knows how to work on motors and actually knows as much as the average forum member here. Current dealer here is Independence HD, they seem good but have little experience with them on motor work.

 

GMR Performance in Ft. Worth do many of the CVOHarley builds and appear to do excellent work. Have not personally been there but probably headed that way when my 2015 gets out of factory warranty and time to get the lifters out of there and a better cam and tune. Additional work on cylinders and throttle body are a possibility. If you must go to an HD Dealer due to warranty I cant help you there.

 

Yeah I would like to maintain the warranty, I am familiar with GMR work.

 

Give Mark, the service manager, at Longhorn H-D in Grand Prairie a call. I know they do a lot of custom work and I've had all four of my bikes serviced there with excellent results.
