Default first nice ride on 17 CVO Limited

I had a 600 mile round trip yesterday to visit a hospitalized buddy in Des Moines Iowa . Left in 40 degree at 10 am and returned home in the 40's at 10 pm . Iowa was warmer but more windy.
I really enjoyed heated seat and of course heated grips which I had before. The lighted controls on hand grips made a difference the last couple hours on way home. Extra power was nice I had a 2014 limited with stage one and I notice the difference . Man the stereo was terrific as I am enjoying my free XM with weather overlays etc. Not much done to this bike except had the seat lowered from Alligator Bob , extra lighting in back, and Pipes repacked with Fullsac stuff. Same OEM head-pipe and cat no tuners etc. Seat was comfortable for the distance and I notice the bike sounded better with a few miles on the repacked pipes on the way home than when I picked at up from winter storage a few weeks ago. Bike was new in middle of November so i just rolled over 1600 miles. If I had any brains I would include pictures but you have already seen the red CVO limited mine looks just like that !!

Second all your thoughts. I love my 17 CVO Limited. The heated seats helped on the way home from Daytona. I put accent LED's and bought custom dynamics rings in turn signals for more lights in front

Good for you! Nice little adventure to start the year with.

I waiting to get my 16 RGU CVO out. I like to ride it in great weather. I ride through the winter and bad weather with a couple of bikes. But reserve the CVO for the best weather.

Getting tired of waiting though. Rain and 40's four days in a row. Got caught up on some bike mods though. Installed an oil cooler, louder horn, engine guards and a few other adjustments. So it was not a total lose.

Nice! Enjoy. Thought seriously about the 2017 CVO Limited. Once I pulled the cover off mine after it was sitting all Winter, I fell in love all over again. Guess I'll be waiting on the new ones for a while.
