Default HP and torque

I have an '09 SERG with catalytic converters in the headpipes. I had a SERT installed yesterday; otherwise all I've done is removed the cats and changed the baffles to fullsac. Here are my dyno numbers:

Before
Hp - 89.69
Torque - 104.50

After
Hp - 91.62
Torque - 107.23

Even though there's not a lot of change I noticed better throttle response and the engine seem to run smoother and perhaps a little cooler.

I have an 09 SE Fat Bob. Motorcyclist magazine dyno'd it at 77 HP and 98 TQ. My bike with Rush slipons and a PCV from FuelMoto made 93 HP and 119 TQ. Kepp in mind that dyno's are fickled from shop to shop and tuner to tuner.

I have a 2008 Screamin Eagle Springer. It has rush slip ons and a SERT. The best numbers I have are 90.11 HP and 109.07 TQ. I am not sure what the stock 110 numbers are.

I had my FXDSE2 dynoed at Reno Harley and I pulled 99HP and 119FTLBS with the early style screamin eagle II slip ons and a SERT. The guys at Reno Harley were amazed at my #s. Most 110's with a 2into1 only pull 95 and 115. So needless to say they went on the hunt for all the early slip ons they could find.

My 2007 FXDSE at stock was 93 horse power and 103lb/ft torque. after all of the upgrades, Cobra pipes, heavy breather, fuel processor and cam swap it went to 121 horsepower and 123 lb/ft of torque. I don't remember the exact numbers, but somewhere in my past post everything is listed

I don't remember the exact cam, I will have to look through my sales receipts and see, but they are packed away at the moment. I know it is a woods cam, I think off hand that it is the TW62G. I did a lot of research, talked to several local techs, and talked to the woods sales staff about my selection, paired it up with my wants, driving habits, and desired rpm range.
If you are looking to do a cam swap I highly recommend you decide what you expect to gain before deciding to buy a cam, then do a lot of reading and plan on spending tons of time on the phone to get the cam that is going to be the for what you want. A good place to start is at nightrider.com
