2003 Screaming Eagle Road King
#11
I've got about 60,000 on mine now. Bought it new. At about 22,000 I put in S&S 570 gear drive cams and a .030 head gasket. Runs great and the only problem I've had with it is I've had to replace the starter clutch twice now, but nothing with the engine. I think a used 03 SERK is one of the best buys out there for a used Harley. Where else can you get that size engine and all the chrome, etc., for a discounted price of around $15-16K with low miles?

"The new 103 is pretty limp out the the box with the old 96cu epa cams. I think you might be disappointed comparing it to a older SE version."
+2 on that comment
I rode a 2003 Road Kind for many years then traded it on a 2012 Ultra Limited. The 103 in the 2012 was a "turd" in comparison to the 88 in the 2003 Road King.
I sold the Ultra and bought a 2002 CVO Road King and loving it......Cliff
