Default 2013 FLHRSE5 Hydraulic Clutch Cable

Going to 16" Apes on a 2013 CVO 110th Anniversary Road King. The motor company changed th configuration of the hydraulic clutch cable in 2013. Has anyone had a new cable made for them?

I am in the same boat. This is what i have found from a few others.

Drag Specialties makes Hydraulic clutch hose adaptor.

Page 686 of the fat book. then you can use a standard Hydraulic clutch cable.

Hydraulic clutches use standard brake lines...you do need the above adapter for the OEM slave cylinder...but then you can order any length brake line you need for your apes.

Same answer I got from Magnum Shielding. They provided part number DS-098281which is a universal hydraulic fitting

my post above is incorrect. That was the part the dealer originally said they would be using but when they called Drag they were told to use a different part. I am not sure what the part number is but Drag says it has been tested and works on the 2013 CVO

Do you happen to have the part number of the adapter that worked?

Thanks

Just went through this exact issue. Drag said the one they had has a special note stating will not work for 2013. I got one made by Barnett Clutches and works like a champ. Very happy with it. 3 week turn around time.

Was it a one piece clutch? Or was it pieced together with couplings and a brake hose?
What length did u end up getting?

Thanks for getting back to me.
