I don't understand why folks would up the ci with HD parts. you can save some money and get better results else where. Going to 110 why not go ahead to 113.
In my opinion the 113 is top of the line in small blck. Big block is 120,124,131.
A good built 113 will rev a lot quicker,
I ended up with 127 hp with 134 tq. on my 113. It pulls hard as soon as you let the clutch out, then hits harder at 3,000. I am using ss585 cams. The head work gave me all the tq. I could ever want. I do have to use manual compression releases.
Mine is in a super glide though.

I really tour too much to do much to my CVO110. I like getting 220-240 miles to a tank.
It has plenty of power to tour with, then some.

You got a lot of bang for the buck. I had to go the extra yard having to replace the heads, pistons and valves due to my engine being blown at 950 miles being less than 2 weeks old. HD gave me the choice to fix it to stock specs under warranty or take $1400 and do whatever I wanted. I took the cash and had my dealer do the build. I wasn't happy with their dyno or the SERT they used. So I had Doc Weaver in Minneola FL retune the bike and install a TT Master Tuner. I'm averaging 38-42 mpg in mixed riding.

Doing the math I was out $2400 out of pocket since Harley covered $1400 on the build after the first dyno. If it wasn't for the cost of the second dyno and tuner, which was money well spent, I figure I got my money's worth as well.

I went with a builder on my 09 SERG, he got 125 over 126. Don't remember the cam numbers and make off the top of my head but do remember it was very similar to the 258s they come on around 3500 and make you hang on at 4500. Went with 10 over forged pistons, H beam rods, 10.5/1 compression, Dark Horse did the crank welding and straightening as well as Timken tapered rollers back to back on the left case, 58 mm throttle body with high flow injectors. Overall I like it real well but how fast do you want to go on a Harley? All I ever seen riding with my son on his 1400 Ninja was tail lights.

Why would you go with the HD parts? Much more expensive and not as much performance. I have '13 CVO RG Anniversary with T-Man flowed heads with larger intake and exhaust ports, 10.1:1 pistons cut to match valve seats, adjustable push rods, 255 cams, Fat Kat 2:1 exhaust with Ghost pipe, TTS tuner built by Doc Weaver at Doc's Performance Tuning in Minneola Florida. 103-HP and 124-ft/lbs torque. Torque curve is where I ride it from 2,200-4,500 rpm. Pulls your arms out of the sockets. I don't race mine, just like to go fast off the line and the ability to pass a Semi quickly at 75 without having to downshift.

Sorry guys just realized I had been looking through so many threads that I posted my news in the CVO section and my kit off from your topic, as I am a lowly 103 guy looking to join your 110 ranks. Admin can delete my comments if needed, I will find the correct thread now

I put the kit in 2 years ago I replace the pistions from 15.5.1 to.11.1 and changed out the cam from 259E to 260 because the bike would not tune. the numbers I got are 112HP and 108 TQ.

I might as well put in my .02 on my winter engine mods. Did s&s 585c cams, adjustable pushrods, comp pro magnum lifters, kibble white .630 beehive Springs, heads milled to raise compression to 10.5:1 for cam specs, pcv tuner, decat header and modified cvo mufflers with rush big Louie 2.25 spiral baffles. Dyno tuned by cyclerama at 110hp and 122ft tq. Hits that 122 at 3700 rpm. I love it. Bike is 2013 cvo ultra 110ci
