Default need something other than stock handle bars

Anyone put something other than Ape hangers on 13 SERK?
I don't care for the stock handle bars due to inability to throttle when in tight turns. I use to have beach bars on my 02 SERK an was pleased. Now due to the hydraulic clutch, that appears to be out. Dealer so far has had nothing. Anyone?

I saw these out in Sturgis, looked like the last bars you'd ever buy.

They look like sweet bars and look pretty much fully adjustable. The only issue for me (based on my research) is all the wiring that is inside the handlebar has to come out. That wiring would be placed in a conduit and strapped to a brake line. If that is ok for you, then this would be a very nice handlebar.

Not exactly what I want. Just want to switch out my bars and reinstall my wires and Hydraulic clutch MC to the bars. O yea, I want the resting hand position to turn out more than the stockers, Not higher, nor longer just something to turn my wrists out from the uncomfortable position the MoCo has put me in. ALTHOUGH, if I didn't have to turn my handle bars so tightly, I would be ok but, I live in the twisty mountain area and don't use to much hiway. Any other ideas?
