Yes, 2.5 inches higher and a little back. I can sit back into the seat now and just cruise going down the highway instead of leaning forward with stock bars.
Do a search on Wild1 Chubby bars and their website shows you the different bars offered for Ultra's...
Your clutch and brake lines are hydraulic and you should not need to replace them only reroute around the radio area under the fairing. Call WILD1 and ask regarding the '14 bikes..

When I had mine changed I wanted to make sure that I had enough rise and reach so I went with the W.O.'s 577's.
I did have to have the wiring and hydraulic brake/clutch lines lengthened.
They extend a bit above the "break" of the fairing but they're really comfortable for me.
I knew the moment that I sat on my bike that I couldn't ride it for any distance and after the first trip (500 miles round trip) that I took the bike on, my back was killing me!
Congrats on you definite "upgrade".
I don't believe that the OEM bars are comfortable for very many riders.
