Default FullSac Exhaust

The recommendation for my 2013 110th Anniversary CVO Road King is the FullSac DX Pipe, 2.0" cores and sleeves for the mufflers, and TTS Mastertune to recalibrate the ECM. Is anyone running this setup? Anyone have experience with the 2.5" cores?

On another note, I'm also looking for the best option to lower the rear of the bike.

I have the Fulsac Xpipe and 2" cores on my 2010 FLHXSE. Performance is good and I really like the sound. No experience with the 2.5" cores. One additional benefit of the TTS Mastertune is that I was able to calibrate my speedometer.

Can't go wrong with the "Fullsac" set up!

I had the 2.25" CVO baffles, and switched to the 2.50" CVO Baffles!

The best performance wise is the 2.0" baffles. But I still like a bit louder, and by no means I'm not setting off car alarms off with the 2.5" baffles.

Good luck,

YB

Those are the responses I was hoping to see. Looks like I'll be going FullSac later this year.

If you want more info regarding how good Steve George's product is and how many folks are happy with it, go to the CVOHarley site.

A TON of info, and many, many folks that will say the same. I'm getting ready to set up the fifth motorcycle with this proven set up.

You won't be disappointed!

Good luck,

YB

How loud is the set up with the 2.5 core. Im looking for something that sounds great but at the end of a day of long distance my ears aren't ringing. my bike has fuel moto 2:1:2 head pipe on a 103 engine. I see a lot of people use the 2.O cores and don't know how much difference with the 2.5's. I currently have S&S SPO mufflers and want something just a little louder but still have deep tones. Thank you

Prostar,

I have ridden all day and taken numinous trips with the 2.25" & 2.5" CVO power cores.
NOT once have I had the dreaded "after ride ringing" effect with either size power cores that I had when I had V&H Dresser Duals and 3.5" Rineharts Racing pipes.

With the Fullsac X-pipe and CVO 2.25" Power Cores, the sound is a tat bit louder then the 2.0" Power Cores, but I wanted more. The 2.50" CVO Power Cores are perfect for my liking but don't add anymore power or torque.

Hope that helps out.

PROSTAR,

Here a picture of the both CVO Power Cores.

The Left one is the 2.50", and the Right is the 2.25" Baffle.

I think you will be happy with the 2.25" CVO Power Core.

Just make sure you order the Fullsac's Baffle Screens too! It makes it very easy to install.

Also, If you want more or less sound, all you have to do is switch baffles.

Piece of Cake!

Here's the screens.
