Default Extending switch wires for bar change...

I'm about to install a set of 12" apes on my '14 CVO Road King. The stock bars are internally wired. My question is do I need to remove the connectors on the switch wires to pull them out of the bar? I'm going to use Namz 8" extensions when I reinstall them in the new bars. The Namz extensions have connectors on both ends.
On every other bar change I've ever done, I've removed the connectors, pulled the wires through the new bars and reinstalled the connectors. This does not seem to be the same procedure on the new can/bus install. Can someone please advise, thx.........Rich

Default

Pardon me, after further inspection, these connectors are removable, they did not look like they were when I first took a look. I had to order my service manual from my dealer, it sure will help when that arrives.......Thx
