I too scoffed at heated grips/seat until I tried them. While I'm sure they have their limitations, they are perfect for dealing with central Florida winters. Wouldn't have ever tried them if they weren't free. Now I'm willing to say they were worth every penny and then some.

As to op not knowing, I too am a researcher before buying and I know everything about the bike I intend to buy before I ever step on the lot. Problem is when I bought my CVO, I was actually looking at a non Cvo and that is what I was getting. When I walked in the show room to give them a copy of my license and to sign the waiver to test ride, they wheeled a beautiful cvo road king in, I couldn't stop looking at it, never even road the bike I researched. Had to have that dan cvo. I discovered a lot about what it had and didn't after delivery. Impulse buys are a bitch, guess that's why they keep the candy and the nicest bikes by the register.

No problem op, enjoy the ride. At least until you trade it in and start all over again...

My 2014 CVO Deluxe has got heated grips and because we live in 50 C temps you're welcome to them…they're useless as **** on a bull.

If I travel into the cooler country I put the gauntlets on. Simple fix.

As I said on a different post when guys were talking about how stupid the whole CVO thing is---I like the whole package of more capability all around in a well put together package which is why I ordered it.

Have to wait for it to come in before I can post pics---find out next week the expected delivery date.
First cold hands, now a chapped ***? Dude, I'm sorry for your disappointment. You have my deepest condolences. Let me know if I can help.....

My 11 Road Glide CVO Ultra came with heated grips and seats. Never used them in 49 States and most of Canada.

They should fit your Street Glide. Just order a set and be happy. They came standard because it was a $40K bike. One should not cheap out and complain!

Your '11 listed at 36k. Same as my SERGU. My new SERGU is 40k.
