Front master cylinder fitting

your last pic looks exactly like my set-up, including the extra fitting between the line and m/c body. Can that fitting be replaced with the banjo, or are we talking 2 different thread styles? I've got a banjo, but haven't taken the fitting loose yet to compare...focused on working my tranny issue with the other bike.

YOUR MISSING IT - the stock master top cap is 2 1/2 inches long

the master you now have on the bike with a bat wing is 3 inches long

my bike hits the windshield at full lock to the left if you look close you can see the hitting has pushed the windshield up some on the right side see the screw hole exposed -- with the bigger master it wont fit -- that is what i have been trying to tell you

mine i am going to add to the rubber that acts as the fork stop and see if i can get it not to hit with the small master cylinder

yes sir, mine is 3" across. Now I see what you meant by hitting

You're right Racepres. I just went out to the shed to look at the stock lines I took off quite a few years ago.....banjo.
