Default Oil Filters

Hello all. Wondering if the Fram PH6022 is the correct oil filter for the FXRS. Anyone care to share preferences on filter they run?

Thanks for the help.

Yes, 6022 would work

It's pretty cheap on amazon prime right now : $5.24
Amazon.com: Fram PH6022 Black Oil Filter: Automotive Amazon.com: Fram PH6022 Black Oil Filter: Automotive
At Walmart you usually find the chromed one 6065A or B for 11-13$
The HD filters at the dealers are $7-9 and usually available

As for preference, I don't have any

I do...I do Not want an anti drain back valve, and I do Not want a filter designed for Vehicles instead of Bikes [see the Purolator Notes as pertains to PureOne Filters and Motorcycles]. So No Cross reference for me.
Fram numbers PH 6022 & PH 6065A are correct for a Harley. Purolator is a ML16822. Wix is 51215 and NAPA is 1215.

There Used to be a K&N oil filter that I used..But, They have apparently changed, and I don't take Chances.

I wouldn't use a Fram oil filter to throw at a stray coyote.

Get the Wix or at least anything but Fram. If you want to find out why, google it.
